  • You will not receive a refund for your donation under any circumstances.
  • Your donation is non-transferrable. It cannot be moved to another user account, even if the additional account is owned by the same physical person.
  • The features and improvements you receive are up to the sole discretion of the Cobalt administrative team, and may be changed, added, or removed as we see fit. All features are subject to change.
  • Getting banned or removed from the server for breaking our rules will result in any donation benefits being removed from your account.
  • You are not allowed to distribute or share any items or features you receive in your donor package with anyone.
  • You WILL lose your donor rank after being offline for 2 months (60 days) on our Minecraft server. Your perks can last for life, but if you do not log in for 60 days, the rank (and the perks that come with it) will be automatically removed. Please stay active!
  • It may take up to 24 hours to receive the full reward of your donation on the Server and/or on the Forums.

A full feature list for all packages can be found at our Wiki. If you have any questions about this purchase, whether before or after paying, please contact our sales department at our contact page.

Cobalt Donation Policies

Thanks for shopping at Cobalt. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Cobalt. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an Cobalt, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Cobalt. That's because we go out of our way to ensure that they're created and delivered with absolute perfection. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds because all purchases are considered "donations" and will be treated as so. Before purchasing a package, we highly recommend that you look over the features and commands included in each package. That way, you'll understand what you're getting.

Vacation Cutoff

If you are inactive on the server and/or website for longer than 2 months, you are at risk of losing your donor benefits. We want to make space for all of the other donors on the server, and if you're not going to be online, we'll open up some space for others. Because of this, please inform a staff member or administrator if you are planning to leave the server for more than 2 months. If you don't do this, we cannot retrieve your donor package for you.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

With regards to pricing, Cobalt reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the online Cobalt store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available by contacting us.

Should Cobalt reduce its price on any Cobalt-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact us to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Cobalt within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Thrifty Thursday... okay, we made that last one up).

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online Purchases

Once we receive your order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Cobalt's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Cobalt reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

Activation of the packages in-game occur almost instantly. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Cobalt's control once it leaves our facilities, Cobalt cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Cobalt may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we're making them available as fast as we can. Cobalt reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Cobalt confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Cobalt will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Cobalt uses a payment gateway known as PayPal. When using PayPal, you agree to all of the terms set forth in this Sales Policy, and also in PayPal's policies and terms. Please note that if you use a public computer or otherwise share a computer with other users, you should be sure to log out of PayPal when you leave the computer. Or you may end up buying far more than you expected.

Feature Limitations

Users who share their benefits with other users will have their donor features removed, no questions asked.
